Creative Mind. Competitive Mind.
In 2017/18 I ‘invested’ over $35,000 with someone to get the spiritual and quantum low-down, and action plan, to really understand mindset, manifestation and more.
It was, and is, a LOT of money.
It’s also the most I’ve ever spent (beyond a mortgage) and here’s a few key learnings I took from the experience.
— In the end, the ‘juice was not worth the squeeze’, I didn’t get the level of use-value I expected, for my investment.
— I didn’t get use-value, in part, because I didn’t set an appropriate intention and milestones, but mostly because I didn’t have a clear sense of what I was going to receive.
— I didn’t have a clear sense of what I was going to receive, because the process wasn’t made clear enough, before I began. Simply put, the provider didn’t set one, which left me feeling vague, abstract and nebulous.

There are multiple other things that I am/will be forever grateful for about that ‘investment’, one of which was finding, ‘The Science of Getting Rich’ by Wallace D. Wattles.
Through Wattles, I learned that there IS in fact a very clear process, which has influenced my work/career. There are very clear principles, which I have taken and expanded to increase the value of my work. And, I found that in the end, it really is about creating a personal practice.
Around the process.
Using the principles.
